Luyanzi Institute of Technology is located at Bweyogerere Kakajjo – Buto Road and 13 acres (52000sqm) of land. It is 6km from Kampala City Centre and 2.4km off the Kampala – Jinja highway. It is a fully registered and licensed Institute by the Ministry of Education and Sports with REG.NO.ME/VOC/519 and examining centers; Centre No. DIT UVQF/732(Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) and Centre No. UBTEB UBT/414 & UBB/266 (Uganda Business Technical Examination Board (UBTEB) in Uganda. A vibrant and quality-centered professional Institute was established as an intervention to support vocational and technical education. The Institute has well–trained, experienced, competent, and committed instructors/facilitators and support staff. The Institute currently is the trainer of trainers in Chinese Language and Culture for secondary school teachers and has already completed four cohorts of the Uganda-China government programme. It also has extra co-curricular activities to enhance students’ talents and health.
