I am glad to inform you that your son / daughter Index no: U0 / has been offered a place at our institute in the following discipline…………………………………………………………………… He / she should report for studies on between 8.00am and 5.00pm.
This admission has been made purely on the basis of the previous performance, which the student must strive to improve to cope with the academic demands of the Institute.
This offer can be withdrawn if:
(a) discovered that the student falsified documents to gain admission into the college.
(b) the student fails to report to the Institution within two weeks from the official opening date indicated above.
